General Info: Guides for Sailing from the Caribbean back to the US?

I am completing the purchase of a 2002 Lagoon 380 in St. Maartin and plan on sailing it back to the Chesapeake Bay in 2016. We plan on sailing from St. Maartin to the BVIs and then to the Turks and Caicos in February. From there to Charleston SC in late April and shortly after that taking the ICW to Norfolk VA. I have done the ICW before and sailed extensively in the islands. What I am looking for are any cruising guides regarding the westward sail from the Caribbean to the US. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
