Crew Wanted: Sail the Baltic 2014

Hi All
I intend to sail the Baltic 2014, from Ystad in the south to Kalix in the north. Start end of May and finish mid September. You will be sailing on a Mariner 36 masthead sloop, well fitted out with new sails 2011.
I would like a hand of a competent crew in June and also Aug/Sept. The sail in June will see us sail from southern Sweden, Gotland, Estonian archipelago in to Hango in Finland. The sail in Aug/Sept will be from Stockholm, south through the swedish east coast archipelago and in to the small fishing harbour of Skillinge. Mainly day sails.

I am intersted in your trip and have some questions. Would you consider having a deckhand for the whole trip? How much would it cost per day? How much experience are you looking for in a deckhand? Thank you!

I am interested in your post and wondered if it was still open for consideration? I am a fairly competent deckhand about day skipper theory standard and has sailed in the baltic from finland, to estonia, latvia and poland last summer in the tall ships races.

Im looking for something to do this summer preferably some travelling,

I am interested to sail with you next summer.I have sailed with my 33 feet sailboat 1982-1988 in finnish and swedish archipelagos every summer and before that with all kind of boats.I am retired so i have now plenty of time.I am speaking finnish,swedish and english
