My wife and I retire in a couple of years, and the long term plan is to Buy a Liveaboard and start in either, Spain, Greece or Turkey, after we have taken the appropriate courses etc to manage our own boat. The aim is not to Liveaboard straight away but see if we are actually up for it long term.

Now down to what I am looking for, We have some time free in November 2016 and what I wanted to do is give her a feel for things a taster of sleeping aboard a boat, in other words rent a boat for a week that is tided to a dock, like a hotel room, but just maybe the owner is around and wants to go out for a couple of short sails.

I am willing to pay for the service or I own a B&B in the Bavarian Forest national park Germany where you can Ski, cross country ski in winter or come in the summer.

Anyway I was wondering if anyone was interested ???

bedsonboard is the very website for you i think. You just rent a boat tied to the dock and in some cases you can go sailing with the owner by arrangement.
