I am Ryan and am in my first year of sailing. I am looking to gain as much on water time as possible to strenghten my knowledge in addition to learning the finer details of sailing & boatmanship not covered in my classes.

Friendly and customer service oriented deckhand needed. Tall ship experience is a plus. Duties will include customer service, maintenance, cleaning, sail handling, and other duties as directed by the captain. This is a live-aboard position. The ships sail in Boston, MA offering day-sails in the summer months and will transit to the Bahamas and Caribbean this fall for their winter windjammer cruise seasons in the Bahamas and Virgin Islands.
