• Animal lover. Ample experience with young & geriatric cats and dogs
• Respectful of other cultures and other peoples properties.
• Trained to rigorously perform maintenance on buildings and equipment
• Friendly, Easy going, and get along with almost anyone
• Comfortable in upscale or very primitive, off grid settings.
• Treat others possessions as if they were my own (even rented equipment).
• Non Smoker. Moderate, responsible drinker
• Know a little Spanish, but not enough to converse
• I don’t mind doing whatever needs to be done.

Boating Experience:

• Boat owner for over 30 years
• 3+ years/7000 miles live/aboard, cruising experience on a 42’sailboat, including US Gulf and Eastern Coast, the Bahamas and Virgin Islands.
• Powerboat experience to 36’
• Hands on maintenance & repair experience on: Diesel and Gasoline Engines, Hull, fittings and running gear, Pumps, Hoses, Tanks, Generators, Marine Refrigeration, HVAC, Reverse Osmosis Water makers, Solar Panel Systems and Battery Maintenance, sails ad standing rigging, steering & autopilot systems, bottom cleaning, marine heads and waste systems, bottom jobs etc.
• Certified SCUBA Diver
• Successfully prepared in-water boats for multiple hurricanes and only suffered minor damages (survived 110 mph Dennis eye-wall)

Pet/Animal Experience:

• Worked with farm animals as a child
• Animal lover and more importantly, animals love me!
• Have had multiple cats and dogs.
• Recently lost last pet, “Jezabel” who was a beloved 17 yr & 5 month old Jack Russell Terrier.
