How old how much use did it get. Did you do the rebuild?

core pack was just rebuilt by ray marine last month. it was bought in sept of 2009. the auto helm type one ram arm gears were stripped 3 months ago. a ray marine dealer sold me the brass gear kit and I installed. my boat is heavier than the rating and the auto pilot cant handle the boat in heavy seas or wind. I have decided to up grade for peace of mind. the auto pilot works as advertised.
