, looking to purchase

I am wanting to buy a two cabin 473 to a 52.2 Beneteau/Jeanneau. Wanted with boat, furling main, generator and water maker. Prefer radar arch for dinghy vs hauling onto fore deck.

Go to Yachtworld. Look at O'Day 40 which is basically a Jeanneau Sun Fizz. I'm very happy with mine.

There's a 3-cabin 473 in Lauderdale I need to go by and see asking $149.9. If you are interested, I can send you back a condition report. She has davits and looks from the photos to be alright. Specifications show a furling main but no generator or watermaker. I've already been aboard the 52.2 in town and can attest to her.

I had my eye on a 50 ft Beneteau, two cabin in Annapolis. I missed buying it by an hour or two, as a result of a miscommunication with broker. Anyway, I am wanting to go back out again with one of the following: Beneteau 473 two cabin, Beneteau 49 ft two cabin, Beneteau 50ft two cabin, 52.2 Jeanneau two cabin, Lagoon three cabin 410 S2, Leopard 40/43 three cabin. Generator, watermaker, radar arch for the monohulls, dinghy w/motor. Yanmar preferred. Low to mid $200. I am ready to gooooooo.

Re: , looking to purchase

There is a member of The beneteau Owners group who has a very nice beneteau 473. Gen Set, thruster, Kato davits, all new custom canvas in 2010, tons of ground tackle, a brand new yanmar engine and on and on. I would think it might be bought between 220 and 230. The boat was bought for a live aboard in the Bahamas last year ( not working out ) ir is a 2005 or 2006 model. All reports a beauty

If you have interest pm me and will put you in touch. Boat is in the Annapolis area.
