For Sale: Elan 45 1990

I have a 1990 Elan 45´I would like to sell.
She is in great condition and has served us as a home for the last 2 years.
She was upgraded in rigging and sails to perform her racing skills better but she is a great cruiser.
I upgraded her battery bank to brand new Trojans and her starting battery is 2 years old as well.
She´s got 8 sails including new 3DL racing set.
She´s the 4 cabin layout, 2 heads and shower.
At the moment she is in Tel-Aviv marina Israel but I will bring her to Europe soon.
