Dock for rent in private gated marina - off US-1, Mile Marker 112.5 (north of Key Largo). 36ft dock can accommodate 32' boat with beam up to 15ft for $280/mo, (or 40' dock for up to 36ft boat for $350/mo). Secure hurricane protected marina, pool, jacuzzi, laundry and shower facilities. Shore power and water at the dock, free pump-out service. Two car parking right at your dock ("class B" motor home parking is allowed also).
Live aboard is allowed (up to 180 days per year).
No bridges to ICW, 4' draft is OK, 4'-6" at high tide.

6 months minimum lease.

Just to clarify:
There are no bridges to Intracoastal Waterway, you get to Barnes Sound .
The boats with 4' draft can go at any tide, boats with 4'-6" draft should come in and out at the high tide.

Just retired sept 06. My plan is to first, find a slip or dock for a sailboat - not yet bought- but need a place to settle my camper van so i can further look for a 28-30 ft sailboat.
Can not move down south before last week of october.
but willing to get the contract sign and pay for the month ofoctober.
