re: Dinghy

I have an 11 foot hard bottom (cold molded) dinghy. It's a delight to row. Has a 2.5 HP 4 stroke Yamaha. Both are barely used and in excellent condition. Heading for the Med, have an inflatable and don't need two dinghys.

Good luck with $2000 for a 2.5 hp...new Suzuki 2.5 $700. Must be a nice dinghy though.

re: Dinghy

Yes, it is a very nice dinghy. Why not buy it and a $700 Suzuki 2.5? (I thought that I paid about $2200 for the Yamaha (I've used it about 3 times) but I could be badly mistaken about what it's worth.) Nonetheless, I can always use the 2.5 as a back-up to my 9.9 on the RIB.

Hi

Yes, I am serious and I'm talking US bucks. This is a cold molded hull with bright varnished mahogany interior and Shaw & Tenny oars. This is NOT an RIB - no problem with those, I have one too. But you get what you pay for. And perhaps an RIB makes a better day-to-day workhorse than the one I'm selling.
