36' boat slip in Long Beach,CA
36' boat slip available for rent mid December. Power boats only. Ample parking. Walking to second street restaurants and shopping. Water and electricity included. No sleep on board. Prefer long term contract. $430/mo. The slip on the photo is next to a bridge. Access to Alamitos Bay
