34ft 2004 Catamaran

For Sale - a 2004 Meercat 34 (Prout 34-built in South Africa) Ocean going, well equipped with twin Volvo 19hp saildrives (1/2 gal/hr/eng at 7knts).
Used as 'trawler' for first 4 yrs of life - completed Great Circle Loop in 2007 then newly rigged as cutter sailboat with diamond rig design, HARKEN deck gear, ANDERSON winches, 115% RF genny, RF staysail, fully batten mail with cars, asymmetrical spinnaker; lazy jacks with zip-up mailsail cover. All controls lead to cockpit. Bimini with removable front and side windows.
Electronics include: RAYMARINE GPS chartplotter (interfaced with AP), depth fishfinder, Raymarine 1.5k RADAR, ComPilot autopilot, wireless wind indicator (TACKTIC). 3 charging solar panels.
LOA 10meters, BEAM 15' 8in (can fix into 45 18ft slip) Depth: 2ft 8 inch.
Water: 2X35gals, Fuel: 2X27gals. Hydraulic steering.
Clean and well maintained by Owner (Marine Surveyor).

Thanks for the inquiry - She is listed on Yachtworld see: 2004 Prout Meercat 34 Sail Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com. Failed to mention in the Cruisers Forum that she comes with Inflatable dink and 6 hp 4-stroke engine. The Broker is Bill Miller see the cc address. Very pretty cat.. These are very easy cats to sail. Love these (and the original Prouts) and the 34' Gemini cats.
