For Sale: 3/8" SS chain and gypsy for sale

Recently I changed out my short length 3/8” stainless BBB anchor chain for 200’ of 3/8” HT Galvanized chain. I had to also changed the windlass chain gypsy from short BBB to longer HT size. So I have for sale the old chain and the replaced chain gypsy. Willing to sell items separately.

Chain-- 18 feet of 3/8” Stainless Steel Anchor Chain. Links are stamped with “France” and “S(in circle) 316L”. Short link BBB chain fit the majority of all windlass models. Chain is vintage 1995, has been used in saltwater, and still looks great. Being a short length connected to a much longer rope rode it should have never been overloaded. Price new for stainless chain made in France is between $25 to $30 per foot. I am asking $14 foot, $250.00. Shipping weight is 29 Lbs. from 34228.

Chain Gypsy-- Removed from Maxwell 2200 VMC. Rope chain combination gypsy. Made for 3/8” short link chain. Stamped with 54A. The new 3/8” long link HT gypsy replacement cost was $380. I am asking $95.00. Shipping weight is 9 Lbs. from 34228.
