1994 Seawind 850 and Freehold Berth

The boat alone was valued on the Survey and is insured for $80,000.
I need to sell her now, fairly quickly so I am open to any reasonable offers around $65k.
We also have a Private swing mooring in the creek outside the Marina that goes with the sale. No charges applicable up here.

The berth is for SALE also and can be either:
Bought outright. $60,000
Rented as a Live aboard option or without
Rent now/Buy later

Beautiful little Cat and Berth for sale. Berth is Freehold, NO lease involved, you have the Title to it.
"Club Med" is the ideal yacht for the sailor wanting a safe vessel to explore our magnificent coastline.

We've learnt so much on this boat, it is time to trade up to a larger boat for our sail away retirement. Of course there is some minor work to do on her, all of it minor/cosmetic and none of it urgent. Anti foul is due.I am prepared to negotiate the price if the buyer wants to do the work yourself.
Hard to take calls during work hours but leave a msg and I'll call you back or email me.

Thanks for the comments, I posted a link with photos etc, but it was deleted.
I have all the photos on another site, Gumtree, it's a buy/sell site here in AU.
My photos are too large a file to upload here.
The boat is in Darwin Australia.
