I have a house in Texas I'll trade for the Maine House and the sailboat...

How about 2 homes in Texas, an hour south of Dallas, bringing in 1200 a month in rental income and priced about right... can adds, too.

Too bad it's not a 500k boat, otherwise I would consider that as my house is currently on the market. Colorado, too huh? Damn... Beautiful boat, too, the Tashiba is my personal #1 choice for a bluewater cruiser and what I'm looking to eventually upgrade to.
