1982 Niagara for sail

All I can say is this boat is beautiful, my hobby, my life for the past 16 yrs. I think I have over 140,000 invested. Everything is in perfect working order, and my dream was to sail her around the world. Right now she has everything from watermaker to air cond, to cutter rig, harken #2 and a harken #1.5 on the staysail, 5 solar panels, wind generator, new everything, sails new in 2000, but very very little use. windless, full enclosure (stamoid material), monitor wind vane, 2 elect autopilots, New propane stove, new refrigeration, Icom SSB, Furuno 24 mile radar, most of this gear is one to three yrs old, thousands of dollars in spare parts, a new 3,000.00 steel cradle, 400 feet of 3/8 HT chain, three anchors, storm sails never used, lots of extra sails, this list can go on and on and on. Now the deal is I just purchased a Kanter 45, so I will be in transition for the next 12 or so months, so I'm in no hurry to sell the Niagara. In the next yr I will be removing some of the gear off the Niagara, but if you are ready for a gold plater let me know, I will sell as is. This Niagara should sell between 55,000 and 95,000 depending on what gear is on the boat. This is a fresh water boat on Lake Erie, and you have to see her to appreciate her. I have only put the best gear on her. Please, Serious inquiries only... Atlantic High

Aloha Atlantic,
I'm not currently in the market for a big boat but photos would be very nice. It might attract a buyer a little more.
Kind regards,
JohnL

Seriously, what's your real asking price. "between 55,000 and 95,000" is a pretty big range.

Niagara 35

Thankyou for your intrest, as is, the asking price is 95,000, but as I refit the Kanter the price will come down. 90% of the gear on the Niagara is oversized so I can transfer it to the Kanter. I know the price is on the high side for a Niagara, but you have to see how she is setup. This boat will only intrest someone ready to sail around the world. She can go anywhere right now. All this new gear is in fresh water, no salt damage (Lake Erie), Thankyou for your intrest. Atlantic High
