Odyssey is a well equipped world cruiser, having just completed a 1-year circumnavigation. She was extensively refit in 2011, including the addition of an inner forestay for storm sails with running backstays, new chainplates, new cabin windows, monitor windvane, and a repainted mast. She has a Westerbeke 4-108 diesel with a two-blade folding prop and wheel steering. That being said, I sailed her 28,000 miles in the last year, most of them through the southern ocean, so Odyssey does need some maintenance and work before setting out on ocean voyages which is reflected in the price. Looks like starboard aft corner of the cabin has extensive rot on the ceiling. Does it leak?

There were some leaks through the handrail bolts that I fixed, but in that corner there are none. There isn't any rot in the core there - What I think you're seeing as rot are some areas where there's some extra strands of glass that weren't fully wet out by the manufacturer.
