Re: JRC radar Problem

The only recommendation I can make is to check ebay. It has a feature of "Saved Searches", where every time the phrase JRC 1800 comes up, it gives you notification. I doubt a Furuno or others can adapt...

Re: JRC radar Problem

Hi There. I have a JRC LCD Radar 1000 MK 2. with a GPS 30 Furuno Could anyone out there explain what coloured wires from the Radar go to the GPS to give a lat and long readout 0n the JRC Radar Screen? They both have Green, Yellow, Blue and white wiring, but I don't know which colour goes to one another. Roy

Re: JRC radar Problem

I have JRC 1000. I had a setup that used to work, but Ive been having some issues with interfacing with NMEA garmin output via RS232. Latest I received from good folks at JRC is instructions listed in R1000Garmin GPS.pdf. This is my next step. But you might not need to do that if you typical wiring setup works. See Cable.png for typical wiring instructions.
