RM Autohelm 6000 ?

Does anyone know how the voltage is setup on an Autohelm 6000 course computer (not ST). I found a replacement for mine that smoked from what I think was loose connections on the pump side spade clips. I want to keep this as a backup. I found a working replacement that was being used on a boat with 24 volts.

On my board where the inputs connect, in the upper corner it shows "12/24 V" in white numerals. There are no other voltage markings. None on the board for the pump, the long one with the power transistors connected to it or the smaller board connected to the inputs.

The manual is not real clear on this. The only instances are quote "12volts, (24 volt optional)" and the breaker sizes for the different voltages

I was under the impression that it was dual voltage.

Will this one work or did RM sell two different units.

Thanks
