is Raymarine e7d Plotter compatable w/ Garmin gph AP?

I have a new Garmin GPH-20 AP (N2K) that I would prefer to install on my boat that has a Raymarine e7d at the helm.

Can I expect them to politely communicate together? Or should i install a Garmin plotter (741sx) to keep it simple?

if you use a garmin plotter the pilot will do auto routing.

with the ray plotter you'll be able to go to single waypoints.
