3G Navico radar Fubar?

My radar sudenly started to behave abnormally. No error message. A picture is worth a thousand words so I attach it here.

Basically I hear the radar spins, and even faster with fast scan on but it only displays the 0 to 90° quadrant and it's full of garbage and only shows on very small scale <1nm. Bigger I see nothing.

Anyone knows anything about this behavior?

The only issues I’ve had with radar are poor connections or the radar scanner dive belt

Thanks for the feedback.
That makes me think if I hear something spinning, maybe the magnetron or whatever that belt is/was connected to is not spinning!
I will definitely have a look inside now.
