The owner, broker, and I came to an agreement. It seems that the owner didn't know about the cabin floor being ruined, it was fine when he left it in the boatyard. Apparently someone left the companionway open hence the water damage. I'm having the boat shipped to me rather than attempt transport on my flatbed. Once here I'll modify my trailer to haul the boat home for seasonal storage in my barn.

Thanks so much, I am excited about this one It appears to be in much better overall condition than the Allied. I will need to sand the bottom and repaint, and at some point I'll strip it down for barrier coating. Not this year though
