1997 Island Packet for $15K...I think not!

So I was browsing through Encuentra24.com, a popular website for selling stuff in Central America and came across this ad for a 1997 Island Packet for $15K. Boats | 1997 Island Packet - Costa Rica

I know that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Still I was tempted to contact the seller, even knowing it seemed like it had to be a scam. The only way that boat would be worth only $15000 would be if it was sunk at the dock. Then I did some searching on the internet and came up with this listing on Ebay for the exact same boat for $167500.
Even the photos are the same...

Don't know about a scam, it could be a miss pricing. I.e. $150,000 vice $15,000.

Correction, the same boat is on Yachtworld for $167,000 and has Ft Lauderdale as the location.

SCAM

I initially thought that too but the boat is in Fort Lauderdale, not Costa Rica. I contacted the broker to let the owner know about the Costa Rica ad. If it is legitimate, I expect they will let me know...I doubt it though.
