needing to re-paint our non-skid

We have been researching different non-skid products and the Kiwi product sounds good and easy to install. Has anyone had good or bad experience with Kiwi. What about any other brands.

We just repainted our decks with kiwigrip. Good experience, product came out looking great and worked as advertised. We had a question so we emailed them. They phoned us back within 4 hours. Excellent customer service.

Don't know where you are, but in Australia we used an industrial coating made by Construction Products.

It is quite similar to Kiwigrip and is WAY less expensive: 180AUD for 15 litres. It has been on for three years now and is holding up fine. Best non-skid I've ever had, easy to apply. Only downside is that it picks up fine dirt and is hard to clean.

We are happy with the Kiwigrip. It is a bit of a pain in the rear to keep clean. I found that I get better results removing tough stains with a microfiber rag and soup instead of a brush. If it is real tough, I use mild mix of bleach and water and spray the stain. The beauty of the Kiwigrip is that it is so easy to touch up.

What a novel approach, cpa . . . is there a particular brand and flavor of soup that you've found works best?

You just have to watch out for the seagulls while using it. They tend to get excited.

We looked at Kiwi before our deck repainting project. What scared me off is that at some time, I'll need to do this project again, and the prospect of trying to remove the Kiwi was just too much. We painted with Interlux Perfection, with non-skid mixed in the first of 2 coats. We added deglosser to the second coat.
