Digital Yacht Tech Support
Hello all,

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Digital Yacht technical support?

I had to ship a HSC100 fluxgate compass (from Canada) to them for repair. It came back without working and my complaints were shrugged off as if I did not understand how to use it. Now they totally ignore my email - even after I offered to try and repair it myself based on their instructions.

I am not getting anywhere with Digital Yacht or their dealer here in Canada.
