Can You Search for a Place in OpenCPN?

Hello all,

I'm playing around with OpenCPN. I've got the latest version and was wondering if you can search for places somehow?

What I want is to be able to search for say "Pittwater" and it return Pittwater, Australia, just like google maps would.

Does OpenCPN allow for this somehow that I'm missing? Do any of the mapping softwares out there?

Not at the moment but I know it has been requested earlier.
In the meantime I have set up this utility which works well:
Find latitude and longitude with Google Maps
