BSB Charts for SeaClear II Bahamas and Carribean

I am looking for quality Raster Charts of the Bahamas and the Carribean for use with Sea Clear II. I know I found some online but I didn't complete the transaction, now I can't seem to find them. Anybody out there know where to find them??

We have found the NOAA charts for the Bahamas and Caribbean lacking. The best charts are Explorer for the Bahamas or DMA charts for the Caribbean. Neither of these are available for free. Since charts are very important, you will want the most detailed and current charts you can find, even if you have to pay for them. Explorer charts are not available electronically except integrated in a chartplotter. Chuck

OK I don't mind paying for charts and everybody seems to say that Explorer Charts are best available for Bahamas. What I am trying to verify is whether my purchase of Explorer charts includes Electronic as well as printed charts, and whether the electronic versions included are compatible with Sea Clear II. Sea Clear requires BSB KAP files in an unlocked format.

As I said, Explorer Charts are not available in electronic format except for integration in some chart plotters and in C-Map chips. They can't be used with Seaclear. Chuck

Unless you scan them and convert to BSB. . . .

Not sure what the copyright rules are in that case -- is it like putting your CDs on your IPod?
