Anchoring Allowed in English Bay?

is anchoring out in english bay allowed? if so has anyone got any insight as to holding conditions depth etc.... thanks

You can anchor off the Maritime museum,gets quite rough,strong afternoon wind and boatwash.Better off anchoring in False creek.
