2200 Series Powerwinch leaking oil

We have a 2200 series powerwinch mounted on our bow. Now that we've left our dock to start our cruise it has decided to start leaking.

Any tips on how to proceed? I've got the manual, it's got an exploded drawing but nothing on how to service it other than to change the oil.

We'll be in Newport Beach for a few days so I'm hoping to get what I need to fix it there.

Any tips for what/where to buy the stuff I'll need to fix this? Can I get material to make gaskets/shaft seals, or ???

I tried contacting PowerWinch, but the number in the manual is no longer in service, and it looks like the company is gone. They were based in Shelton, CT.

A rough start to our cruise. Had a bunch of emergency repairs right before we left, then we left and day 4 had our water heater fail and that failure shot a stream of water at the precise space on the engine room wall that was able to cascade down into the inverter. So I'm heading to Newport Beach to get a new water heater, inverter, and now my windlass is leaking. The damn boat will be brand new by the time we hit cabo.
