Diving equipment available in Panama City?

Anyone have any knowledge or experience with buying scuba diving equipment (second hand?) in Panama City, Panama? Thanks!

If your anchored at las breezes there was a radio net on VHF ask around if it's running at 8am. Also the local fishing store was selling a new BCD and reg set for about $400

We bought both new and second hand in panama.
