I was wondering if anyone had experience or opinions with either the Jabsco Sensor Max VSD 17 Water Pump or the Shurflo Extreme Smart Sensor 5.7 Water Pump I'm looking to install one of these during a refit of my water system vs. the traditional pump/accumulator tank setup.

You will like either one of these pumps..........super quiet.......no more on and off sounds of the pump running. It also will eliminate the s'urging of the water flow at the spigot, and will keep the temperature constant.......tje reason I went with this type of pump.

I've got a Jabsco Sensor Max VSD 17 I haven’t yet installed it permanently, but have been using it for moving water around testing tanks and lines and such....I really like it.

I probably only have about 8 hours total on it...but lots of that has been fairly continuous duty with absolutely no heat problems.

Jabsco pumps, IMHO, are overpriced to buy and worse to repair/rebuild. As part of the process of ditching a number of ITT-Jabsco pumps on OWTW I installed the Sureflow pump. It works like a charm and its "smart" design keeps current draw down. Two thumbs up!
