I have googled and googled, and can't find one thing that says Anchor fest actually happened. Does anybody know?

I'm still awaiting a report from the folks who monitored the event - but my understanding is that a few people went out, anchored for anywhere from an hour to a few hours, then headed out. No incidents, no hassles. No idea if Karlton was there or not.
Nothing spectacular, but that wasn't the idea. Just being there without being bothered was the whole idea.
I'll post more when I get further details.
