Re: Sunset Lake Article in Miami Herald

I have googled and googled, and can't find one thing that says Anchor fest actually happened. Does anybody know?

Re: Sunset Lake Article in Miami Herald

I'm still awaiting a report from the folks who monitored the event - but my understanding is that a few people went out, anchored for anywhere from an hour to a few hours, then headed out. No incidents, no hassles. No idea if Karlton was there or not.
Nothing spectacular, but that wasn't the idea. Just being there without being bothered was the whole idea.
I'll post more when I get further details.

For those following this issue, I've posted the Miami Beach Police ethics investigation in another thread. Interesting reading to say the least...

Interestingly enough, I'm tied up beside a couple who have met RWW. Some interesting talks here...

Re: Sunset Lake Article in Miami Herald

We keep our boat in Cape Coral and Doc Ford's is one of our preferred watering holes. Mr White used some of the proceeds of his literary skills to invest in an enterprise that offers continuing returns.
