Archiving of Messages

Can someone direct me to the directions for this? I must be overlooking something but cannot seem to locate it.

Thanks,
OS

Do you mean to archive Private messages or discussion threads?

There are a couple of options.
1. You can set up some folders in Your PM box and then move individual messages into the folders.
2. You can download them to your hard drive and then delete the originals from your PM box. This will free up more storage space in your PM box. To do this, click the box next to the message and then scroll all the way down the page. You should see an option to manage messages and the download choices.

Threads are a little trickier.

1. Open the thread in question.
2. Look for the thread tools drop down menu at the top of the thread and select the option to 'print thread'.(pic 2) You should see a version of the thread now that is text based.
3. Next choose the print option from your browser tool bar (pic 1) and choose print to pdf.
4. Instead of actually sending it to your printer, select 'print to file'. This will store the text version of the thread on your hard drive as a pdf.

Cool.

But when I get to print to file and click print the only choice of file types is .prn
I don't have a print to file choice earlier.
