CF rules say that you need to put a price on it.

It’s a glorious sail I will be very sad to give it up but me and my husband just won’t be doing much sailing any more
It transformed our Atlantic crossing

Re: Parasailor 45 to 55 foot boat

Sounds interesting to help bring my Leopard 47 PowerCat from California to Hawaii. Her standard fuel load will only take me half way. By converting the 300gals. of water storage to fuel tanks (with bottled water for the crew) I can get 90% of the way but parasailing to augment the engines or even full parasailing for some stints would be a blast. I would probably only run the parasail in daylight, dumping that thing in the ocean ahead of us at night and then running over it would be a disaster.

Too bad I'm not even close to being ready to launch that trip yet.

Re: Parasailor 45 to 55 foot boat

Some questions, please! :
1.Did you buy it new?
2. What is the luff measurement of your boat (or, better, the built luff length of the sail)?

3. How was the sail 'laundered', was it by a known sail-maker and if so was it also checked over or serviced by the sail-maker?

4. Has it been, or does it need to be, re-stitched or repaired in any way?

5. Does it have any marks such as from abrasion or rust?

6. Are the sheets included?

7. Is the bag separate, and different, from the sock?
8. If we agree on a price, would you pack it up for delivery by DHL (or somesuch) to New Zealand (cost of freight, insurance, taxes etc here down to me)?

Thanks in anricipation!

Shame it's a bit small for us.

Be careful with this person. There is a high probability this is a scam and the same people whom were claiming to be from South Africa last month.
