We are in San Diego, we would take the hull for less than the landfill because we recycle the fiberglass. Maybe someone near you does that as we'll. much better to recycle and use again than to add...

On my Ericson it would be easy. Plug the cockpit drain and rout the exhaust water to the cockpit. Might have to relocate shore power though. 95954

Replacing the keel is most likely not necessary. Just the bolts. Find a yard close to you for a haul out and new bolts. Should be under $3k and that's thinking high
