I was not aware that I could merge the tracks in OpenCPN before now :thumb:.
I have previously exported GPX and edited the file, and I get this behaviour if I merge the tracks in the wrong order...

I was not able to reproduce the error with tacking time set to 0.
Attached is the simplest example I could think of that shows the error. In this example I am using Climatology and going downwind....

I have the same issue for many programs on Windows.
My quick fix for Weather Routing is to delete the following from the [PlugIns/WeatherRouting] section of opencpn.ini:
SettingsDialogX=-753...
