I've yet to see a bent Ultra anchor shaft, and there are more of them in use here in the eastern Med.

The guy in the video is obviously manipulating each anchor by the way he pulls on them and by the angle of pull. Another thing, we've never anchored on a beach, and probably never will. Also notice...
