You can do that with VNC, create a new user [sudo adduser myguest] and give an easy password, then add this user in vnc options as read only, set as unix password to use the password you just set...

I just use the VNC server which Openplotter has built in, then any laptop / tablet with a vnc viewer mirrors the screen on the Pi on 10.10.10.1 .

Not sure how a name would help rather than the...
