As an ex-professional can I suggest that you possibly have a plocked PCV system.
Even 4.108 rear mains aren't usually as bad as yours.

Check that your crankcase is breathing...

You should be able to wipe the oil pan ( sump) with your best clean shirt.
Your oil leak, if you have one, could well be coming from the PCV system (positive crankcase ventilation).
