Yes, it does. But, look at it this way: 1) there's no way I can consume 10 beers in a day. If it takes 10 hours to consume them, and based upon Gord's figures it takes 4 in an hour to get me over...

I've ALWAYS followed this advice:

I limit myself to 1 beer per hour. That way I'm SURE I'm under the limit. Note I said beer. Wine and grain alcohol are too hard to judge alcohol content.
