That is a hell of a deal, just for the parts. I just paid $500 for an MD6B (mostly complete) mainly for the transmission to put on my MD7A. I still think I got a deal, since the dealer wanted $2700...

I just went back and looked at the photos again, and the blurry one is of the injection pump, not the engine data plate. As was stated earlier, receipts of the rebuild will give you the part numbers...

The photos show a starter generator, which is typical of the Md6A. The Md6B came with a conventional starter, and an alternator. The Md7A came with the regular starter, and alternator. I just googled...
