I've had the best luck fishing at the dock in Little Creek which means any dock you are at my yield dinner such as spot and croaker

If you plan to visit Tangier and need a close jumping off point for when the weather is perfect, you can go into Onancock and anchor for free within 100 yards of the Wharf there or anchor just inside...
