Hello Wayne,

I have not seen evidence of any PS40 actually being sold for less than 2700$ with or without the cruising kit.

I am not going down there - the low US$ makes my loss worse every day...

even if you are a bringer of bad news :-)

They charge $2667.95 (unit) + $239.20 (cruise kit - its needed).
Still about $400 between us.

But lets just say I am open to offers...

I would like to sell it here to cruisers,

therefore I put the price down to US$ 2500 for one week - after that its ebay time :-)

I found the original invoice - roughly 3600 Euro inclusive the high european taxes :-)

Its a good machine if you sail long distance - I would like offers.

I bought the unit in Germany in Sept 2009.

It developed an error in some gasket on the Atlantic trip. I had some repair kits from Katadyn, US, but in the end they sent me a completely new unit for...
