Best place on earth is Rio Dulce, Guatemala. Cheap, great nature, fresh waters, hurricane refuge, all you need for your boat is available, easy quiet life.

A great place, quiet, safe, inexpensive. Best hurricane refuge of all the Caribbean basin. Stunning nature, fresh water....
