Mike otic make some good and cheap options. We use on of their wifi extenders. Capps marina wifi will never be good for streaming but works well for backups.

The biggest issue with marina WiFi is congestion and not signal strength.

Cellular or hardwired to the dock are your best options.

Using bittorrent based backup works fine overnight on our...
