There are 2 sets of instructions from Prolific

works for me.

Tried it. Confirmed that the driver was indeed different. Didn't work still get an error 10.

Hope it's not the OTG cable , because I going to spring for the new BU353 SIRF etc.

Be careful in inserting a micro SD card in the miix 2 8. Apparently I put it in wrong and it's stuck and crooked.

The "Y" cable has 3 male connectors, after connecting to a power spurce and the Miix2 you are left with a standard size male USB connector. Not sure, but wouldn't you need a female to female cable...
