OUCH! In that case, I would definitely go with 1.5" and reducing adapters!

The ISO standard for waste tank inlet and discharge is 1.5"...and so is the hose barb on all deck pumpout fittings. Jabsco macerator pumps have a 1.5" inlet fitting with a 1" discharge fitting. And...
