Thanks for all the input....

Went with Awlgrip applied by Roll and Tip. First coat is on and it's looking good so far.

Thanks all.... I am already getting some quotes on the tip and roll awlgrip job... it's not quite as painful as I was expecting.... not cheap though.

In the end it is worth it for this...

Ok.. I need some access the braintrust here at CF....

Our '78 Columbia 8.3 is getting a little bit oxidized on the hull sides and not holding a shine and he gelcoat is starting to get a bit flat....
