I'm pretty sure you don't have enough solar to run the fridge. It's also the most likely (perhaps only) explanation of why your batteries went dead.

I'd guess your base problem is that 150W of solar isn't enough to run a fridge. I'm looking at putting 400W on my boat and I'm calculating that it's just enough to cover the fridge and freezer, both...
