How so? if the items aren't 'installed' and not listed in the P&S the seller has every right to his possessions. This comes to head AFTER the sale is complete. The buyer may have an unreasonable...

If the lines and fenders will be undersized for the boat I'm considering buying, then I leave those. I leave the lines and fenders if the boat is tied to a dock as well. If I have extras like PFD's...
